A hotel with worst management and amenities. The bathrooms were horrible, no proper light, no exhaust, no ventilation, all foul smell all around, no difusers. Intercom does not works, it was broken, no wifi at hotel. You have to go down at reception for everything to get towels, cups, tea, glass, water etc. Worst room service, it's poor means there is no service at all. One room did not had mirror so another did not had refrigerator, televisions were not working, no recharge, no charged batteries, what worse you can expect. Breakfast was limited. Hotel manager and restaurant manager was rude and very unproffesional. If you complain they are ready to taunt the guests, it was a horrible experience. Guests need to calm down to avoid fight caz staff will provoke with their words for heated argument and fight. Ridiculous management.

If u r visiting Udaipur and looking for peace food and good service must visit and book Sky Imperial Hill resort. Awesome food .. Excellent service and words would be less if I appreciate about owner's support and behaviour. Enjoying a lot at present.

Soo anazing resort Service is so satisfying. Rooms are cleans and food is so amazing Staff is so humble ( specially harrybhai and khan saheb - manager ).and location is also perfect higly recommended to everybody who love to stay inbetween mountains and likes peaceful nature . Thank you so much for this amazing service ❤️

The location place was good but the rooms were better , and the service tbh we didn't try cuz we hosted a event there so the food provided was not from there so I won't lie about it

Set on a beautiful hill side, this resort is a very nice stay. The rooms are large, spacious, elegant, and have a touch of traditional style. The view from the rooms is scenic and breathtaking. The staff is very polite and warm. The service is top-notch.

Everything was good. Thank you Naim and the entire staff for a pleasant stay. One suggestion bathrooms can be a little more well maintained with room fresheners. Also the pillows and bedspread could be a little cleaner
